After getting dominated by Team India, New Zealand will seek to avenge their humiliating loss on Wednesday in a format that promises action-packed sixes and fours.

Rishabh Pant is all set to make his comeback at Wellington after a stunning Australia tour, while New Zealand will be making their pacers their trump card to face unbeatable India. Both the teams will be rolling up their sleeves and introduce new talent to the team to get a clear picture about the team and their strengths prior to World Cup.

Rohit Sharma will be donning the captain’s hat again with MS Dhoni and Rishabh Pant strengthing the middle order while Virat Kohli will continue to remain absent. Mohammed Shami and Jasprit Bumrah will be kept out from the squad which calls for Sidharth Kaul’s participation. While New Zealand will be without Martin Guptill due to the lower back strain. His position will be filled by Tim Siefert who will be assisted by Colin de Grandhomme or Jimmy Neesham steering the middle order.

Probable Line-ups:

New Zealand: Siefert(WK), Munro, Williamson(C), Taylor, Mitchell, Neesham/Grandhomme, Santner, Kuggeleijn, Bracewell, Ferguson, and Sodhi.

IndiaRohit(C), Dhawan, Gill, Pant, Dhoni(WK), Jadhav, Hardik, Chahal/Krunal, Kuldeep, Bhuvi and Kaul.

PlayerzPot Prediction:

With just a few days passed when India won the series, it is fair to predict that India will be dismantling New Zealand in this match as well.
