CHELSEA:

Glued back to your seats as the Sunday action shifts from Old Trafford to Wembley Stadium as Chelsea will face their biggest challenge in the skin of Manchester City in the EFL Cup Final.

Sarri fears sacking post FA Cup campaign.

Unhealed wounds from the Red Devils and a questionable form, Chelsea has got all the reasons that makes them underdog in this match. But every dog has its day, only if it chases for the bone. Chelsea does stand a chance either to make or break things in this match. Sarri, who is currently being dragged to anguish from fans, needs to take a sword of criticism just like his nemesis Guardiola gulped and took City to a position that made him the boss City deserved. A 3-0 win over Malmo confirmed Chelsea’s place in the last 16 of the Europa Cup but it costs them to rule out of the FA Cup at the hands of Manchester United. Sarri would be looking to relieve himself from the stress and also to save his job as replacement rumors shifting to Zinedine Zidane and bring a positive end to a difficult week for Chelsea which has seen them hit with a two-window transfer ban.
The likes of Eden HazardGonzalo Higuain and Jorginho – the latter of whom was booed by his own supporters when coming on against Malmo – are all expected to return after being left out of the starting XI on Thursday.

Probable Line-ups: Caballero; Azpilicueta, Rudiger, Luiz, Alonso; Kante, Jorginho, Barkley; Willian, Higuain, Hazard.

MANCHESTER CITY:

Guardiola puts back the Man City’s standards.

Against the falling Sarri’s squad is Guardiola’s well-placed men who have rabbed five consecutive wins. City is currently placed on the top of the Premier League table and boast an away first-leg lead in the last 16 of the Champions League, so progressions is what City has been taking back into their account which they lost in mid-way. City has been dominating much like any other team and Sunday victory would hand them a forth tittle in the last six years. Guardiola will be looking forward to make a hattrick in the Wembley Stadium as they already won twice in this season.

Guardiola was non-committal over whether he would start Arijanet Muric in goal ahead of Ederson, having used this competition to give his back-up keeper minutes so far this season. Sergio Aguero is expected to take a lead as he managed to score 13 goals in 16 of his appearances against Chelsea.

Probable Line-ups: Muric; Walker, Otamendi, Laporte, Zinchenko; De Bruyne, Fernandinho, D Silva; Bernardo, Aguero, Sterling.

PLAYERZPOT PREDICTION:
